The Challenge:

The institution operates across 24 member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, requiring an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system capable of supporting all locations, adapting to diverse legislation, and integrating financial and accounting modules along with administrative and payroll processing modules. The existing system presented multiple challenges related to process certification and data quality. Additionally, integration services were distributed across different technologies such as SOAP, REST, and BPEL, among others. As a result, frequent incidents occurred, requiring extended resolution times. These limitations made it essential to address integration challenges efficiently—something the on-premises environment could not adequately support.

Our solution:

• An analytical assessment of the current environment and infrastructure requirements was conducted to identify the components involved in the integration processes of the financial, accounting, and payroll modules, and to determine the necessary modifications to optimize operations. • A payroll ERP certification environment was implemented to enable flexible and agile process certification. This environment allows resources to be scaled and reused, optimizing and reducing incident resolution times, improving integration processes, and lowering operational costs. • Improved operational agility

Results:

• 40% reduction in incident resolution time. • 50% increase in integration visibility and traceability. • Operational agility.
