The Challenge:

The institution has a large number of services and complex integrations, that require comprehensive monitoring capabilities, including traceability and service consumption statistics. The current systems face multiple challenges related to process certification, usage analytics, monitoring, and incident analysis arising from service invocations generating different incidents. Additionally, integration services are distributed across different technologies such as SOAP, REST, BPELs, among others.

Our solution:

• An integration traceability and monitoring platform (Krontrace) was implemented to monitor integration processes, enabling the tracking and certification of multiple processes while providing consumption statistics, enhanced visibility, and end-to-end traceability of integration points, regardless of the technology used to implement the services. The solution is based on a microservices architecture.

Results:

• 100% visibility of consumption statistics for each service. • 50% increase in integration visibility and traceability regardless of technology. • Operational agility and a 40% improvement in incident response time.
